Cute Gift Tie-Ons!

My sweet cousin, Jamie, will be having her bridal shower this coming weekend. Aww!

I made these cute little plaques to tie onto her package.

They started out life as little 4" inch square wood pieces that I bought at Michaels.

I spray painted them Heirloom White, sanded the edges, applied some walnut stain to the sanded edges, and then slopped some Ralph Lauren Smoke glaze on it and wiped it off.

I printed out the Mrs. using my Calligraphy cartridge for my Cricut in black vinyl. The Mr. was cut using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge.

Jamie is using pale blue as the color for her bridesmaids (Josie will be one!), so I added some off white and blue roses.

To finish them off, I added some sheer black ribbon and tie them in a pretty bow. As soon as Jamie sees these on her gift, she will know that one's from me!
