JOY!

I've been gettin' busy making Christmas gifts for everyone.

I like this one a lot. It's for the person that isn't into traditional Christmas colors.

I started with a piece of 1/4" mdf (of course) cut to a 11" x 4" size.

I then added some of the toile scrapbook paper (that I LOVE), found at Hobby Lobby with some Mod Podge.

Then I cut out the letters in a 2 1/2" size with my Cricut.

After a few more coats of Mod Podge to seal everything, I sanded the edges to make them nice and smooth and to add a little rustic-ness to the edges.

To finish it off, I added some bling to each of the letters and some black ribbon to hang it.

I LUURRVE IT!!!!

I'm linking up to Funky Junks Saturday Nite Specials, Met Monday over at Between Naps on the Porch, and Make it for Monday at Cottage Instincts... head over and check out the awesome projects!!!!
