I L*O*V*E these frames!!!!

I found these little square frames at the Dollar Tree. I cannot tell you how much I love them! They come with the weakest paint job on them that you could imagine, but the size and the shape of them are great! Each time I go to DT, I pick up as many as I can that don't have broken glass. I just spray paint the frames (ok, so Prince Charming does!).

I even used them in the goodie bags for Josie's birthday. PC spray painted those frames white and I used scrapbooking paper to put the girls' initials in the frame. They came out really cute, I wish I had taken a picture of them, but of course I didn't.
This is a trio of those fabulous frames. I showed you the middle one on Valentine's Day. I just did these with scrapbooking paper, and the Cricut.
If you have a Dollar Tree near you, GO... NOW! I'd love to see what you all do with them!!!
Oh, by the way, I have a TON of these frames, so stay tuned for more projects using them. I know for sure that they will make an appearance for SIL's baby shower.

  1. Don't you just L*O*V*E little frames. I found the sweetest little metal frames for $1.00 at Michaels. Carried them all around in my cart but put them back before I left.....after seeing your cute project ideas I am kicking myself for not getting them, Drat!! Oh, well...now I have an excuse for going back to Michaels (like I actually NEED an excuse, heehe!) I look forward to seeing what else you do with them. Have a sunny weekend!

  2. These frames are really cute! I have been lurking around your site and your house is beautiful. You are seriously crafty with that Cricket machine, girl! I am trying to talk my buddy into getting one, then we can trade favors. I can see lots of wall words around here!

  3. I bought a bunch of those recently too. I'm working a bunny stitchery for one of them, who knows what I'll use the rest for. I love the square rather than rectangle shape. I found your blog just recently, and I love it!

  13. Those are some cute frames! They look large. I love how you decorated with them. :o) I need to check into this "cricket" of yours! :o) Do they cut other materials as well?

  14. Tricia Anne- the frames are little, they are only 5x5. I'm a sucker for little things. The Cricut cuts all types of things, vinyl, chipboard, fabric (as long as you have fusible webbing on the back of it). I absolutely love mine!

  22. This is a super cute way of using these frames! I have a few of them myself and have some ideas up my sleeve! They have the same basic idea at ikea, with mirrors in the middle of them. I have a ton of those on one of my walls. There is something about the square shape that I like better then the usual rectangle...
